are usually split into a payment plan. Scheme of 4 payments of 40%, 20%, 20%, 20%.
First payment is due within signing the agreement. Second is scheduled when layout and space planning is agreed. Third is due after accepting the design based on the visuals. And the last payment is scheduled for after technical drawings are handed off. Payment receipts will be provided with every payment.
