Why do you offer the e-design option? Isn't the Interior designer necessary on site?
Whilst we would love to support you in person with decision-making process we also do completely understand how busy life gets and that in-person service might not be the ideal option for everyone. Therefore we are coming forward with the solution - our fully online based packages. This can include only e-mail based communication and/or zoom/teams meetings, completely tailored to your preference.
This is also great option for anyone outside of our catchment area.

How do you determine the budget for a project?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision, requirements, and preferences. Based on this, we provide a detailed cost breakdown, including design fees, materials*, and any additional expenses, ensuring transparency and alignment with your budget.

Can you work within my existing budget constraints?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being adaptable and creative with our designs to meet your budgetary requirements. During our initial discussions, we’ll work together to establish a realistic budget and explore options that provide the best value for your investment.
How do you ensure that the project stays on budget?
We strive to provide a transparent cost estimate. However, unexpected costs can arise due to changes in the project scope, unforeseen site conditions, or additional client requests. We will always discuss and get approval for any additional expenses before proceeding.
What is included in your design fee?
Our design fee covers initial consultation, concept development, space planning, sourcing materials, creating layout drawing and technical drawings for your tradesman. Additional services, such as project management, custom furniture design or extensive renovations, may incur extra costs, which will be discussed upfront.
How do payment schedules work?
Typically, payments for Complete Design and E-Design are divided into several stages: an initial deposit to secure your project, milestone payments as key phases are completed, and a final payment upon project completion. This structured approach ensures clarity and facilitates smooth financial planning. Payments for consultations and home styling services are to be made before the booked service is provided.

Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of?
Not of the original design itself, we strive to provide a transparent cost estimate. Are you able to finish someone's project ?
Sadly, no. Due to the author's rights* we are unable to finish someone else's design projects. If you would like us to work on your interior we would be happy to start the project from scratch whilst using already purchased furniture and keeping in mind electrical plans or construction changes that are already complete to reduce costs of the completed project in the end if that is what you prefer.
*If you will be able to obtain written agreement with the previous interior designer confirming that the project can be modified by other interior designer feel free to contact me, in this case we would be able to provide tailored service to move forward with the project legally.
Do you offer flat-packed furniture options in your projects?
YES! As a budget friendly studio we do offer everything from luxury bespoke furniture based projects to budget friendly Ikea-based ones. This might be also great service for anyone looking for house-to-rent projects or for apartments where pre-build heavy furniture are simply not an option. You can read more about it HERE
Do you offer express services?
WE DO! This service is priced based on initial service price +20%. However this is a subject to availability. Make sure to let us now before booking and we will make sure to plan accordingly if possible.
Can meetings and consultations be booked for evenings and weekends?
Yes! We completely understand that life gets busy and for many of our clients consultations and meetings during typical office hours might not be ideal. We are coming forward with an option to meet us both evenings and weekends. Feel free to send us a message with times and days of your availability.
